No Hotspot

Ever since the outage on 2024-02-09, the “Personal Hotspot” setting disappeared in my iOS settings and when I go to “Mobile Service”>”Set Up Personal Hotspot”, it says “To enable personal hotspot on this account, contact Three”.Help please.

Hotspot not available

Hello all. My hotspot function is not available. Am I to assume that is because of the red message when you log in saying engineers are working on a problem? are others having similar issues?

Everything still doesnt work ..

Since the outage .. I have no data , can't call and send texts.. says emergency calls only .. everybody else I know with smarty is back in running .. have not had any service since Friday.. customer service trying hard to solve but with no success .....

Page locked ? Greyed out

Does anyone know if Smarty lock the page where you can see the VPN  as mine is greyed out and cannot be altered..Smarty chat  people dosent know the answer so hope that some techie out there will have the answer .
