Voicemail

Voicemail good morning my voicemail is not working my phone (Iphone8+) rings 5 times when someone is calling then just cuts off without my voicemail jumping in. Please advise me if the problem is a Smarty issue. kim

No calls in or out

I can send\receive texts but cannot make or get phone calls .My phone is Realme C21 .4G compat . VoLTE enabled . I left Smarty with same problem in December . Phone worked fin on other network . Rejoined to find same old problems . Any ideas ?
