Using abroad

Help!!! I bought over £30 to use abroad. It’s gone and I’ve hardly had my phone on. I then put another £15 on- and got a message saying I’m almost at a £45 limit. Genuinely don’t know what’s happened. Can’t find out where to get help.

How do I leave smarty when I'm not going to another network and have only used the SIM in a tplink and not a phone?
