I’m trying to put my pac code in to the app but it’s not working. I have contacted my old provider and they said everything is right with the code. Please help! Been trying for days

@KirstyS_1298333 If you try a web chat with Smarty Support, they may be able to identify the issue.

(By the way, you haven't had the PAC for over 30days? If so, it expires)

@KirstyS_1298333 Can you log in to your account dashboard on the web page and try it there?

I’ve done that it still won’t accept it
