Activating a Replacement SIM card, with same phone number - How?
I am already with SMARTY (for 1 year approx) and want to keep my Phone Number and stay with SMARTY
I have had a Replacement New SIM Card (which I Requested) from SMARTY, which I am putting in a new refurbished, unlocked, phone.
I have put the new SIM card, with hopefully my old retained number, in my new phone, and my SMARTY Dashboard asks the following Questions:-
"Your phone number
We noticed you activated your SIM. Do you want to bring your phone number to SMARTY?
1.Yes, bring my number. We will bring your number to SMARTY by the end of the day 11/06/26
2. No, keep new SMARTY number
Confirm "
Question (maybe SMARTY techies can answer):-
Which Option do I choose?
I already have a SMARTY number I already use and want to keep, I've just got a replacement SIM card

I ordered a physical replacement SIM, after following the process in your Link.
Its now in the new phone, but those original 2 Questions above still sit on my SMARTY online dashboard, Which one to answer? is my Q

BrookeS_3367110 So, you're saying that the sim works fine in the phone and service is as you expect with correct number etc? Do you mean that it is just the Smarty Dashboard that seems wrong?
In your position, I would try logging out of the dashboard and then logging in again to see if that clears it. I do not think that either the website or the mobile app are the best and often seem to have odd displays. As an example, mine told me that my service was suspended sometime last week and yet all was well and my plan renewed as expected. Often if I log into the website, I get an 'Oops!!' message for no apparent reason.

BrookeS_3367110 If you followed the advice in the article, then you need a web chat with Smarty Support to find out what is wrong.

BrookeS_3367110 Just checking....did you order a specific Replacement sim or just a new sim?
