Hello! A few days ago I had to use a new phone as my old one was sent to be repaired. Since that new phone supported esim I converted my sim to an esim and used it in that phone. Now thatI have my old phone back,a phone that does not support esim, I want to cotinue using my physical sim as always. I insered it back to the phone, yet it does not seem to work. The phone reads it, but I have no reception, cannot make or receive calls or use mobile data. How can I deal with this issue? Mistakenly activated SIM in app a few minute ago (sigh...) though I haven't actually received the SIM. Is that why I can't see an option to order a replacement, or have I missed the option somewhere? I ordered the SIM on the 5th and it's just been stuck in an Amazon depot for days according to tracking and I'm stuck with only being able to use WiFi for calling etc. which is not ideal. Any advice on how to get a replacement sent or is this a usual occurrence with SMARTY sims? Been with Giffgaff for years so this is my first experience with SMARTY. Hi, I have a group account and one of the members has lost their phone. I have a replacement phone and ordered a SIM card, this has arrived but we cannot activate it as we can't log into her smarty account. There doesn't appear to be an email address linked to her account. So, the forgot password doesn't do anything, when I log into the dashboard as the group owner I can't add an email address to her and I can't reset the password. Hi there I'm just a bit panicked because I have not yet received an email to say that my replacement sim has been dispatched even though I ordered it on Sunday, and it's now the next day and I've heard nothing. This is very distressing as getting my phone number back is the only way I can log back into my icloud. Hi all, I have a smarty data sim that I was using in my Cudy 4G router, all good. As I was low on data I tried to put my smarty phone sim in the router as it has 50gb pack but it will not access the internet, I have activated the sim and reset the API but it will not connect, when I put the data sil back in it works fine again. Hi, Hope everyone's well I have been unable to return to the UK for the last couple months because of family issues. This led to me not realisng that my account was close to being closed I saw the email that it was closed and tried to renew it by purchasing a new plan but this just created a new account and new number. Now i understand that i may not be able to re activate the account but is there a way i can get that number assigned to my new account.
