Got esim qr code but no activation
It seems that their website needs some work in the backroom. so now I have a useless physical SIM and a useless ESIM. My dashboard only has link to register physical card. No 4 digit code for the esim. Is this bad software from smarty?

jonRaab_285505 Did you order physical SIM or eSIM? Is it telling you to activate your physical SIM? If yes, you probably ordered a physical SIM and not an eSIM. Your physical SIM also won't work until you activate it in your app or dashboard.
You might be able to request an eSIM by clicking "My SIM hasn't arrived" and selecting eSIM if you want that. If that's not there, you can also get an eSIM after you activated, details here: How to replace your SMARTY SIM | SMARTY Help Centre.
