Resolved! PAC code

I’m trying to put my pac code in to the app but it’s not working. I have contacted my old provider and they said everything is right with the code. Please help! Been trying for days

Am I being scammed

Why if I have been with Smarty for over 2 years would |I see a message on my account saying that' my sim has been activated and do I want ot change my number'?   Am I being scammed or hacked or something?
