I have the unlimited calls option for my package, and for the last week I have not been able to receive or make voice calls in England. Please advise what could be the problem.

Hello MSF, yes I have done all the above. I went into the Mobile Data Network and reset the settings which seems to have resolved the problem. Thanks for your suggestions.

@BlaineS_2289945 Have you checked both coverage and network status for your postcode?
Is the iPhone software up to date? Is the sim correctly seated in the phone?
