EU roaming details wrong
I spent last week in Cyprus and did not have any mobile access. Smarty says that EU roaming includes Cyprus which is wrong. It covers Southern Cyprus but not Northern Cyprus. Smarty please correct your website to ensure no one else has problems. If I had known I would have taken out an E SIM.

Hi marksmi_1575492 sorry to hear you had issues recently with roaming. We do have North Cyprus listed in our international roaming list on our website https://smarty.co.uk/roaming/international/cyprus-north-turkey which will tell you the costs of travelling there and that you need an add on to use the SIM. However, I do appreciate your comments regarding this not being clear on our EU roaming pages.
