Network issue on 1st of each month

It seems like I don't have network on the 1st of each month... Everytime my plan move to another month, the data doesn't work for a day. No run out of data and have good signal. Any explanation as this is very annoying. 

Recording personal greeting cuts off beginning.

I tried recording a personal greeting but each time the beginning was cut off, I’m certainly waiting until the beep ends to start speaking, I’ve even waited a few seconds & it is the same. Is it a bug or intentional?

Resolved! New app doesn’t work.

Installed new app (which seems to be a beta build) & account details aren’t working. Can sign in with same account online. Tried resetting the password but no email received.
