No 4g and no internet connection for 5 days

My data isn’t working you guys randomly didn’t renew my bill so I had to renew it today and now my data won’t work but I can still call and text fix it please 

Network issue on 1st of each month

It seems like I don't have network on the 1st of each month... Everytime my plan move to another month, the data doesn't work for a day. No run out of data and have good signal. Any explanation as this is very annoying. 

Poor signal

What is happening with the reception at the moment! I have had trouble making and receiving calls… messages have taken an hour to go through! This has been happening for a couple of weeks now.!

No phone service
