Network issue

Still cannot make or recieve any calls from 11.30AM - now 9PM - NOT GOOD ENOUGH SMARTY!

Household (3 phones) can't make or receive calls

Hi.  We have 2 samsungs and 1 iphone in the house and today we can't make or receive calls.  Texts work (in and out).  The mobile signal is very poor here so we always use wifi calling and until today, that has worked fine.  I've tried the old reboot...

Recording personal greeting cuts off beginning.

I tried recording a personal greeting but each time the beginning was cut off, I’m certainly waiting until the beep ends to start speaking, I’ve even waited a few seconds & it is the same. Is it a bug or intentional?

Resolved! New app doesn’t work.

Installed new app (which seems to be a beta build) & account details aren’t working. Can sign in with same account online. Tried resetting the password but no email received.
