Just switched over and ticked all the boxes to keep my number. Now my account reads "awaiting number"  There's no help, not even a chat bot, having regrets already! that guy in the gym that recommended these clowns!

Hi i bought a sim yesterday but it's made me buy data and sending me a sim but I already bought one so don't need another, i,just need to activate the one I bought but there's no option for that???
