Group Plans

I am a Group Plan owner with a data sim and also a member with a mobile sim. If I don’t renew the ‘owner’ sim does the Group still continue with the member sims in that Group?  Anyone running the same scenario? Thanks.

I purchased a plan with activating the SIM

HiI purchased a plan without activating the SIM I was sent. It seems like I’m being sent another SIM (2 days) and I will need to wait to use/activate that one. Account says awaiting number. Am I correct? Not good impression of smarty so far.

Awful customer service
