I cannot appear to find the settings as set out in the instructions from Smarty for my iphone 16 to roam in the EU 

Two factor Authenticator not getting codes

A new Smarty user here.I do not appear to be getting the two factor authentication code for websites.  Why not?As I need these for shopping and banking I am not impressed with my move to the Smarty Sim at the moment.Please can anyone help?thank you
