Prize draw- submerged by emails

I entered the draw by replying to the competition administrator (not obvious how to enter). Now every other entry ("reply to a post you are following") is landing in my inbox and I'm being swamped. How can I turn this off? I wish I had never entered.

Internet access away from home

I have just moved over to Smarty from EE. I cannot access the internet when not at home. When I go into settings it gives me the option to delete my e sim which is what I had with EE. Should I do this?
