I need a smarty contact number I want to call you as soon as possible

We are customers/Users just like you.
Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number. There are only two ways to contact them.
The best point of contact is through Webchat, otherwise it's a case of sending an email.
You can get these details through the help articles created by Smarty.

JamesCollins777 It does sound like a scam. Why would Smarty need your bank details? Don't you already have a payment method recorded in your account?
If they really, really wanted to give you a deal, they could simply offer you a Smarty plan at a special price - but then they do that on the website all the time anyway!
If you get such a call and are concerned you could either:1. Hang up and not even bother 2. If you can be bothered, ask them details about your account that they should already know e.g. "what plan am I on now?"

BeataHa_3468845 There is no contact as such. If you make sure that the auto-renew box in your Account Dashboard is not ticked then you will not be buying any more plans.
If you want a refund (if you already paid for a plan) then you need to web chat with Smarty Support to ask for it within 14 days.
I'm assuming that you never activated sim, but if you did then after 220 days your Smarty sim will be deactivated through lack of use. (They will email a reminder at 180 days)
If you did not give Smarty a PAC code from the old provider, then your number will stay where it was.

To protect your identity, you should never post personal details like phone numbers - the scammers out there may be waiting!
You need to contact Smarty Support view chat.
