I has this line on 2rd March, with plan of 40gb of £17 monthly, l cannot able to use the data for once, because it my second line. I try to chat for help to change my plan or cancel. Not through. For the past two days my phone is not registering my sim card onto the network in Falmouth? Service status just keeps saying there is a signifigant issue in the area and will be fixed as soon as possible! Not exactly the reliable service I was expecting and the info is vague. If anyone has any idea what the issue is and a ETA on a fix I would be most grateful. Oddly I get full bar signal.....so it is not a signal issue.....and looking at the data returned from the handshake it seems my Smarty Sim is failing authorisation? I recently moved to Smarty. I enabled an esim on my phone and ported a number from my previous network. The porting process was completed and the ported number is shown in the Smarty app. My issue is that when I send a text the recipient is shown as it coming from the original Smarty number. Phone calls appear to come from the ported number so the issue only appears to affect text messages. Sadly, I am back again. Still having problems staying connected to the Network so that I can make receive calls etc. Is there a reason for this? Why can't I stay connected to the Network??? Now on day 22... Only had two days where I could make calls, receive call and get text including short codes. Now the Service Status is back to Out of Service. I am trying to be patient but it's not really fair to be paying for Unlimited data, calls and text and only get service for 2 days out of 22. Just joined Smarty and all appears to be going okay but I am puzzled by the lack of contact-ability of the Support staff. I presume there are some support people lurking in the background but I am concerned that they are so elusive. Every other service provider has had a support phone number and a contact email , whether web based or via an email program. Is this bothering other people ?127Views0likes1Comment
