Google Pixel 9 Pro (fully updated) My WiFi calling isn't working. I'm connected to WiFi but if I put my phone into aeroplane mode (while still connected to WiFi) and try to make a call it comes up with a message saying "turn off aeroplane mode or connect to a WiFi network to make calls". WiFi is working fine and has been rebooted. Have this issue on any WiFi network (I'm with BT, my parents are with Virgin and I have the issue at both places). Hello, please help!!! I don't make calls very often so thought it was a service issue but I have good signal and 4G, and texts come through fine. Sometimes I can receive calls but I have had SMARTY since September 2025 and haven't been able to make any. I don't use whatsapp or instagram or anything on this phone, only texts and calls (well receive them as I can't make them). I also use the safari app but it's been very temperamental and I thought perhaps because I have an old phone (iPhone 5S) but surely calls would work?! And I have 4G?! When I try to call mobile or landline numbers, and even voicemail, it comes up that it is calling but then is silent with no beeps or anything and doesn't go through. I have voicemails that I can't listen to and need to ring the doctors but I can't!!! I'm paying for data and calls and texts which I haven't been able to use... please can you help fix this issue as I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving.44Views0likes3CommentsConfirmation emails
Hi, can we please get this sorted, I reported in late 2025 that your confirmation emails of monthly payments is out of sync. Instead of referring to a date in a months time it refers to todays date. Problem started about November 2025. Surprise, suprise nothing has been done about this embarrasing lack of eye for detail. Others have spotted it, but no action so far. When I tried to highlight it, I was meet with more interest in my account details than this simple to fix piece of wrong information from Smarty. Someone fix it please !!!!! Would have attached picture below to prove my point, but can't find facility to do so, what more do I need to do to get your attention. I have a simple vehicle tracker. I usually insert a SIM, and it works. It does not have a user interface. The SIM works great on my phone. However, if I insert a SMARTY SIM, it does not work. Summary - after 1.5 years, "Not Registered On Network" situation with a particular phone and ANY SMARTY SIMs (but Vodafone SIM works perfectly). Phone: Samsung S22 Ultra 5G, owned and used it for the last 2.5 years SIM: SMARTY - used for the last 1.5 years (we have 3 SMARTY sims in the household) On Friday, the phone suddenly started presenting "Not Registered On Network" message (and hence unable to make/receive calls/SMS/mobile network. The phone shows as connected to network (4 bars) and allows me to make emergency calls. SIM is recognised - it has its details shown. The same SIM works in other phones. Other SMARTY SIMs are NO LONGER working on this phone. However, my company SIM (vodafone) DOES work in this phone. IMEI check shows as CLEAN. Eg the problem is the combination of THIS particular phone and SMARTY SIM. All the usual troubleshooting (restarts, cleanup, etc) to no avail. Talked to SMARTY tech support without success - basically "your account is current, your SIM works in other phones, so not our problem". Talked to Samsung tech support - "phone is fine, SIM is fine, your network operator refuses to register it on the network for some reason - talk to them" Tried to talk to Three, but since I am not a direct customer of them - they are not interested. Hi everyone, I’m looking for some technical advice regarding my Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G on the Smarty network. Since earlier this week, I have been unable to make or receive any phone calls. When I try to dial, I get a "Mobile network not available" error. However, my 4G/5G data is working perfectly at full speed. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Performed a network reset. Verified APN settings are correct (mob.asm.net). Used the *#*#86583#*#* code to disable the VoLTE carrier check. The "VoLTE Provisioned" flag is active in the *#*#4636#*#* menu. Tested the SIM in another phone (it works fine there). It seems my device is struggling to register for IMS/VoLTE on the Three/Smarty infrastructure now that 3G is being phased out in my area. Even though the hardware is fully 5G/VoLTE capable, it isn't "handshaking" correctly with the network for voice services. Has anyone managed to get a Tecno device successfully registered on Smarty's VoLTE? Or is there a way for a moderator to "refresh" the VoLTE flag on my account/IMEI to see if it forces a registration? Hello, I'm wondering if any of you have advise or can help me I am unable to make or receive calls on my Smarty sim in my Motorola Moto E7i Power phone. I've tried all the hacks suggested when typing this issue into Google however still unable to make calls. The mobile network state on the SIM is advised as 'Disconnected' . The mobile voice and data network types are advised as 4G I don't make or receive calls often so it hasn't been a big issue since moving to Smarty however I do need this functionality Any advice is much appreciated Thanks45Views0likes1Comment
