Anyone else not registering on network in Falmouth?
For the past two days my phone is not registering my sim card onto the network in Falmouth? Service status just keeps saying there is a signifigant issue in the area and will be fixed as soon as possible! Not exactly the reliable service I was expecting and the info is vague. If anyone has any idea what the issue is and a ETA on a fix I would be most grateful. Oddly I get full bar signal.....so it is not a signal issue.....and looking at the data returned from the handshake it seems my Smarty Sim is failing authorisation? Thankfully I have access to wifi calling at home, however I would like to know what the issue is and when it will be resolved by.

Same issue in Cheshire and Staffordshire. I switched to eSim a couple of days ago to eliminate hardware problems with my physical. Connectivity returned for a couple of days but now everything I leave WiFi I have no service.

Having the same problem in Dudley in West Midlands. Experiencing good signal strength but rubbish speeds below 1mbs download for the majority of the day. Customer service keep saying it will improve. The question is when?. Problems started for me on or around Feb 18th 2026, three weeks and counting !. Not a very good experience at present. I am already looking into other providers Smarty take note.

I have exactly same issue I was on 5g it’s now dropped to 4g I check for my area in Mexborough South Yorkshire it’s said same they fixing the issue
