I'm getting a couple of bars of signal strength in my house. My phone is compatible with Wifi calling and is enabled in settings, and it's wifi is switched on. The wifi itself is also switched on, with a good internet signal and my phone is well within range. How do I tell if Wifi calling is working or not? I made a couple of calls to land lines today, and they both complained that I kept cutting out, even though I could hear them ok. I would have thought that if Wifi calling was actually working, I would not have this problem. Any suggestions please on what I can do? To be honest, this is making me doubt Smarty, because it could be a deal breaker if I can't make decent calls from my own house, because that is where I make most of them.Solved2.1KViews0likes6CommentsNo network coverage Bath
Hi I live about 8 miles outside of Bath and have no network coverage there at the moment but the Smarty coverage checker says there is an issue they are working on at the moment. I went to Keynsham on Monday evening and had no network there at all and went to Bath this evening and had no network coverage there at all. When I did a postcode check of the areas I’d been to on this website it said there was a service. Has anyone else in Bath experienced problems in recent days?390Views0likes3CommentsLoss of data
Whilst travelling through France and on to Spain, I had roaming and data. Upon arrival back into France I now am uble to use my data. I have good signal from the local cell site but it indicates that I have 4G r. This suggests that I am on a reduced data access list. Restarting does not resolve the problem. Any ideas?42Views0likes2CommentsSMARTY Social tariff
It’s great to see that SMARTY are now offering a social tariff. What is disappointing to see is that this is a “one size fits all” approach ie it is £12 for unlimited text, calls and data, and there are no other options. It would be great to see variable options here e.g. Lite, Medium etc… so, there is a way to reduce the costs even further. Many places offer free Wi-Fi now, so paying the premium for unlimited data can often be offset by this.Solved3.7KViews2likes4CommentsUnlimited data add on is not unlimited?

Going nuts trying to work out what is going on. My wife is on Smarty also and has no issues, and her connection info matches mine HELP49Views0likes1CommentSim not working......still.
My number has been ported over. I received the confirmation from SMARTY. The mobile data doesn't work and says "not registered to network" when I try calls. The sim works in other phones. I've gone through the list and none of it helped. I'm giving it 24hrs, if its not sorted then I'm cancelling it and switching to someone else.68Views0likes4Comments
