Can't log into Microsoft on SMARTY mobile internet

I have a weird problem. I can't access my Microsoft account or any of my apps (Word, OneDrive) on my iPhone using my mobile data but I can on WiFi. I get a 4VLPO error on the apps and ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT on the web.

I've tried every tip on the internet including clearing cache and resetting network settings to factory standard but nothing has sorted it. Is this problem localised to me or is anyone else experiencing this?

Again, the issue is definitely not with my account itself as I can access it fine over WiFi.

    Ok I seem to have resolved this by giving SMARTY my credit card details to prove I'm an adult. I don't know why that was required to access Microsoft but if anyone else has this problem in future, try that first!

      Alison_2783683​ It's good to see that you have a solution to what could be a fair problem and also nice that you posted the solution for others to see.

      Whoever thought that you would need to prove being an adult to access Microsoft? Or have things changed a lot recently..nudge, nudge, know what I mean?
