SOMEONE please help
I'm SOOO confused... so my data doesn't work when WiFi is not avaliable. I have the correct settings activated. The sim is new and Smarty mobile are in the process of transferring my old Vodafone number to this provider. I'm not sure if this makes a difference. I bought the sim paying £18 for the unlimited everything and yet I have this problem with my data. Can anyone help. Thank

Stephen_79 What does your Account Dashboard tell you? Does it show an activated SIM and a current smarty plan?
Have you completed a Network Status check to rule out your local mast not working?
