How to reactivate old sim?

I desperately need to re activate my Smarty account (I am returning to the Uk after living abroad).

I have an old sim but it was deactivated due to lack of use - how can I re register with my old number, hopefully before returning in a few weeks time. (Am having to use a different email add as old blueyonder one no longer works!)
