Smarty won't accept my PAC
Moving from tesco mobile. Obtained PAC, and used this when I bought my Smarty plan yesterday, PAC was accepted. during the onboarding got a message saying I could start using the new Smarty nos, and use the PAC later via the dashboard to port my number. Now find that the App wont accept the PAC. Thanks in advance for any assistance. Regards A

subsequently found the chatbot, and via a customer care expert, they managed to submit the porting request
