No internet
Why does my phone work ok if connected with WiFi but if not in a WiFi spot does my phone stop working..? I can't access the internet, can't make calls, surely I should be able to access the 120GB of data I'm paying for.

I came back to England from a holiday in Europe and now cannot even call my husband in case of an emergency. In Spain, I used a mobile internet, but I could not call him from my Samsung. He is also with SMARTY - he could call me, but did not have Internet.. I decided to order a new SIM as I've been advised, and hope it helps.
IanElli_1441003 On wifi, you are using a broadband connection and that is not subject to the vagaries of mobile signal.
Have you done a Coverage check and a Network Status check for the area where you are getting slow service? Are you certain that you have Mobile Data turned on in your Settings?
Hi Ian I have data , the lights on my box are normally green,but now the light on the far left is red hence no internet?
