i have just learned - from an excruciatingly slow chat with an 'advisor' that my complaints and queries for the past three weeks about not getting calls are because - there is a three week outage in my area which they still haven't fixed!! none of the so called advisors told me this - i have missed several crucial calls including urgent medical consultations which are now postponed -THANKS A BUNCH USELESS SMARTY! HOW DO I COMPLAIN AND GET COMPENSATION ?? ANYONE KNOW BECAUSE THERE IS ZERO WAY OF GETTING AN ANSWER FROM THE PEOPLE I PAY TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. tHEY HAVE DISCONNECTED THE CHAT AND WALKED AWAY!

@JillWat_2049725 Did you complete a Network Status Check at any time which did not show this issue?

You can submit a Complaint to them and ask for compensation for partial loss of service. Unfortunately, all networks suffer problems with masts at times and smarty rely on Three network for their service and so are not in direct control.
