I got to < Edit Access Point, but cannot change anything. It shows

APN three co uk
etc in faded grey.

I also had this issue.
Instead tried to create a new APN with all settings the same other than changing to mob.asm.net as described in the set-up guide but then can't enable/ swap to the new one instead.
Contacted the advisor via chat messaging to no avail. They seemed to think it was an issue with my phone instead - Sony Xperia 10V, updated to latest software (Android 15) - however Sony help desk were even less useful.
Any further advice from anyone?

@MarkSouth_37172 Not sure why you tried to set up a new APN. Can you not change the one youswee in your Settings to mob.asm.net? This is the correct one and only needs to be done once and can then be left in place.

@MarkSouth_37172 Is there a forum for the phone manufacturer? You may find others who have had that issue there.
Unfortunately, I cannot help further with this because I have used an iPhone for a long time and have never had the problem.
