Hello. Is there a way to get my name to be shown when calling out?

Hello, I have a Iphone 13 mini. I would like it so that when i call out, and not just to my contacts, that my name or the name of my company i work for is shown with or instead of my number?

I work for a courier company, and would like my name to be shown when calling out, so that customers can see who it is they are being called by, which may mean they answer, instead of not as they wont know who is calling them?

Can this be done? I have changed the "my card" on my phone.

Have you tried:-
settings/general/about/name/Click the > on it/Then click x and change it.

If neither of these work, then you need to contact SMARTY so that they can change it on their end:-
