I recently got a new iPhone 16 and since then I have been unable to receive calls and can only do so through Whatsapp. All calls go straight to voicemail. When making calls others have told me that there is no answer from me but from my side it just keeps ringing for a while. It’s causing major problems with work and calls from the doctor.
I have been with SMARTY for years and never had this issue. Please help I am desperate.
