E mail notification on log in

I am new to smarty - why do I receive an e mail every time I log in telling me some has logged into my account? Is there a way to stop this? 

Calling abroad

I have switched from Vodafone to smarty - I tried to call overseas and can’t.  How do I set up to allow an overseas call?
