This is the Smarty customer forum, we are customers, just like you.
We would need more to go on :
Do you have an active plan ?
Are you in the UK or overseas ?
Are you using a phone or other device ?
Have you checked the network status checker, to see if there are mast problems near you ?

@KarenFr_2357775 Apart from useful advice from @JJP2RidesAgain , you cannot really expect full answers when you have not given full information on what you have tried already.
It could be down to anything from your phone being broken to a full in a local mast - without a lot more information, it's impossible to say.

Have SMARTY Mobile turned off their 3G mobile network in your area, @KarenFr_2357775?
If they have, and you're not using a correctly configured 4G VoLTE capable handset, you won't be able to call and text, etcetera.
