You question has so many potential answers, there is not one single definitive answer. 

There are of course many VPN’s available, which one you choose depends on what you want to use a VPN for, such as accessing geo blocked content from overseas.

@ColinRimm_21502  That's a bit like saying "Which phone should I buy?" - It depends upon many factors and your own preferences.

Also, some sights will not accept a VPN.
