I received my refer a friend reward via email. When I chose PayPal I could not log into PayPal. Now the link says it has already been redeemed. I get nowhere using the chat window.

@William_3316963 The only people who can look at your account to find out what has happened are the Smarty Support team.
What happened when you used the chat window? Did you get a reply from an agent? If they did not offer help, you can send the issue as a Complaint to have it looked at.
