Added two SIMS to account from EE. Says Awaiting Number after 2 days

Trying to bring over 3 numbers from EE to Smarty. Wish I had never started. Owner SIM and Group SIM both show awaiting number and no way to add another SIM to the group. No way to cancel the whole thing and go somewhere else? What a disaster ...
