Trying to bring over 3 numbers from EE to Smarty. Wish I had never started. Owner SIM and Group SIM both show awaiting number and no way to add another SIM to the group. No way to cancel the whole thing and go somewhere else? What a disaster ...

To be frank, you are jumping the gun, be patient, your numbers should port today or tomorrow.
By the way, this is the Smarty Community Forum, we are customers like you, we do not work for Smarty.

I'm having the same issue. It let me add my wife but I'm also trying to sign my kids up. Why cant I do them all together?
