Hi i activated my sim card but can't make a call and also can't pick up any calls from someone else

Do you have an active plan ?
Check your Smarty account dashboard or app, to make sure your SIM had actually been activated and you have bought a plan.

@YuqingL_2701337 As well as what @JJP2RidesAgain says, it may depend upon when you activated the sim and purchased the plan. You sometimes need to wait a little while≥
Also may help to turn phone off and then on to force sim to register to network.
In addition, do a Coverage check and a Network Status check to ensure that there is no local problem.
