Porting issue

Hi. Smarty didnt port my number correctly. I am not bale to receive calls and txt. Third day today and no solution . Web chat doesn't really know why. They have escalated to team . 3 days. Unacceptable .

Adult content

I had the team remove the adult content blocker via and it is showing as being allowed in the app. But I still can't access adult content. It is permanently blocked via safesearch on both Bing and Google with no way of changing it.

Hi so my current plan ends in 9 days and I set it so that SMARTY would transfer my number on the 18th am I still allowed to use that sim till my number is transferred? because they require me to activate the sim by the 13th
