Can a mod please get in touch - Kiran Menon in support is being deliberately unhelpful !

Can one of the mods please get in touch re a billing query, as your support colleague, Kiran Menon, is continually asking me to confirm the amount of my last payment to Smarty ! 

Having already confirmed the amount of my last payment, and being asked to continually confirm it, it looks like my return to Smarty will be extremely brief !
