Nuc code

I've recently swapped to smarty I have submitted my pac code but my phone is locked to my previous account, I've been waiting since 4th May for my nuc code, how long should this take? Can Smarty assist?

    MSF​ I used the form to ask Vodafone for my nuc code on 4th and 20th may. I still have received nothing. I can't get in to my old account as they now don't recognise my details. I've waited nearly a month and I'm paying for a sim I can't use. Can Smarty help push this along?

      Alexand_4088979​ I don't see how Smarty can help you if you have not yet got a PAC code.

      You can still use the current sim, but it will show a different random number - at least you can call, text and use data.

      Maybe a visit to a Vodafone shop?
