If you read the previous messages in this thread, re turning off your phone and turning it back on, that should do the trick.

Hey Rimon some good advice here from Chalkychap and MSF - if none of these work then please contact our team smarty.co.uk/contact so they can investigate this for you.
Have you checked in the phone settings to see that it shows your ported number?
Maybe try turning off your handset, for at least 30 minutes - good luck Rimon.
