Resolved! Messaging on Android phone

I tried to send a message last night to 70702 to donate to red nose and it wouldn't go through. Whenever I text to a number it says not sent. Any idea why?

Smarty data in France

Good Evening, I'm heading to France in 2 weeks and have an unlimited data Smarty Sim which I use in a small Huawei Mobile wifi device. How can I make sure I can use my smarty data in France for my 2 childrens I pads . Thanks in advance

Not registerd on network
