Missed monthly payment

i ve missed my monthly payment due to card balance. Now that i've moved the funds, how do i correct this or do i have to wait for Smarty to retry the payment tomorrow?

Second account in app

Hi, I have my main plan which I have on the app, I also have a data only account linked to my main one. Where does this account show in the app?I can see the two accounts when I am logged in on browser but not in the app.

Hi, When I try to send a text tfora TV competition  or to a radio station I get 'not delivered' ev very time. Looking at how to sort this involves typing *#*# ... and a lot more. It has not worked. Some help from you guys would be much appreciated

Pac not working

Pac entered alongside my number but keep getting the error on the system to check the numbers. The pac is in date from Vodafone, yes I've typed it accurately, it just won't allow me to submit it. Any ideas?
