The date of birth given doesn’t match that of the account holder. You need to speak to support and will likely have to provide them with iD if their records don’t match your own.
That phone doesn’t support Wi-Fi calling. I believe EE offered this model with a special firmware that did, but even if you have such a device, Wi-Fi calling only works on the EE network.
