SMARTY and eSIM – It's Here 🚀📱
If you’re an existing SMARTY customer, you can swap your physical SIM for an eSIM today. New customers and Group owners will be able to order an eSIM directly soon. In the meantime, you can still activate one by doing a SIM swap. https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/11122358-smarty-and-esim-it-s-here364Views2likes3CommentsRe: WiFi Calling fails June 2025

I’ve moved from SMARTY to iD Mobile because they’re cheaper. Here are my reasons for having an unlimited plan: 1. It brings me peace of mind. I wouldn’t consider myself a heavy user, but I do stream live TV, on-demand content including YouTube, and music. I also browse the web, send and receive emails, use various social media platforms, and communicate using VoIP and a variety of messaging platforms. I also use my mobile device as a hotspot occasionally, usually when travelling so I can use my laptop for all of the above reasons. 2. I do use it abroad, but the 12GB fair usage SMARTY offer isn’t enough. My current provider has a 30GB fair use policy. I use, on average, 22GB of data when travelling abroad. 3. Increase the 12GB roaming limit, offer rest of world roaming passes, direct debit, eSIM and smart watch support would be nice too.6.2KViews5likes1CommentRe: One Time Passcodes

You’re not alone! There are posts over on the THREE and iD Mobile support forums all reporting issues with receiving OTPs. Hello members. We're raised this issue internally and it's currently being investigated. We don't have any details we can share at the moment though, sorry. Pete.4.2KViews0likes0Comments
