No, I dont work for Smarty ! (Change of User ID by the way !) You know, people like you, with your brains firmly stuck in neutral, have one major problem - You think, well I know the word "think" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there, that because Smarty may be a bad network for you personally, that it simply must be bad for evey other person in the UK, and you get upset when others wont confirm your hoped for confirmation bias ! Smarty works perfectly well for me and many others, but idiots like you cant or wont accept that, again, just because you dont like Smarty, you expect everyone to hate it too, you numbskull ! The good thing about Smarty, even for people such as yourself, is that they offer 30 day SIM only contracts, so you can always take your custom elsewhere, so you abd others like you csn take your turgid boring crap elsewhere...And probably moan about the next network, and the one after that, etc ! Have you tried Fisher Price ? With utter drivel like your comments, one could be forgiven for thinking you work for GiffGaff or some other network ! eSIMs are very easy to set up, either automatically through an app, or, which is currently more common, through a QR code, which is emailed to you The emailed QR code does need 2 devices for set up : You open the email *on the device you do not want to install the eSIM on* Then, you take the device *on which you do want to install the eSIM on* and use that device's camera as a QR code reader by simply holding it above the QR code, which facilitates the installation of the eSIM, which takes just a couple of minutes.24KViews0likes0Comments- 974Views0likes0Comments

Contact Smarty via webchat, from 08.00 - 20.00 each day, to explain why you want to obtain a refund. I had this problem recently, when briefly trying GiffGaff A visit to my local apple store and a call from their tech support didnt solve the issue. So, I contacted Voxi, as that's who my main number is currently with. This was the bizarre fix, which worked and fixed the issue : 1, Turn off both iMessage and FaceTime 2, Set up a NEW contact, as follows : First name : My Card Last Name : NEW Phone Number : Your own number, in international format, +44 7xxx xxx xxx NOTE the capitalisation in the name : My Card NEW Dont forget to save the new contact 3, Turn off your iPhone 4, Turn on your iPhone 5, Turn on both iMessage and FaceTime Cant believe it solved this issue for me, but it did2.4KViews2likes0Comments
