Add on refund
Hi can you refund £5 add on thanks
We cannot, as us on this community forum are Smarty customers, just like you, so of course, we do not have access to other customer's account details.
Contact Smarty via webchat, from 08.00 - 20.00 each day, to explain why you want to obtain a refund.
Obviously, as I dont work for Smarty, I cannot guarantee that Smarty will give you a refund.
