Change of plan from data only to the one with calls and messages
Hello,
I recently bought a data plan with a physical card but i need a phone number. How can i change my plan from data only to a standard "Unlimited calls and messages + data"? I'd be really thankful for any help because I can't find any solution for this problem.

As I mentioned in a different chat I had them reprovision my package from data only to include calls and texts as well. As MSF states this happens when your package renews and as I type mine has just renewed and now shows as including calls and texts.
Initially the service came up as suspended, the app was saying contact support, then the money for the renewal at the new package price came out of my bank about 30 or 40 mins later and then about 30 mins after that my service package came up as the new one with calls and texts included at about 01:50 AM.
Took an hour or two for the whole process to complete but it appears to have gone through fine.
DanielG_4258900 You will need to web chat with Smarty support - http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact and they can remotely re-provision your sim to be able to use a standard plan. When your current data plan runs out you will be able to buy standard plan with calls, texts, data. Don't forget to turn off the auto-renew within your Account Dashboard beforehand.
