I recently switched from an unlimited plan to 100gb and it was due to go out of my bank today 15/10 yet it hasn't gone out and it says cant retrieve login details on the app and on the website it says my plan has been paused and that I've activated a new sim do I want to port my number over. I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out. My phone still works and im still connected to the smarty network. Edit - This is now all working and no longer saying paused but it's still saying ive activated a new sim and do I want to bring my number over. I set up a smarty account for my daughter several months ago, but I used my name and email. I now want to switch my main number to smarty and add my daughter's existing number to a group plan with my main number as the group leader. I'm not clear about the best way to do this, does anyone have any suggestions? My package was expiring today and it wasn't on auto renew. Now I with app, all types of browsers, clearing cache and cookies as advised by helpline, different payment cards, I can not renew it or change it and unable o use any voice or data. Whenever I proceed with renew or change plan, proceed with payment, otp recieves from bank, but it never gets deducted and following error messages appears: "Sorry we couldn't process your request, check that you have completed each field correctly and try again" Very frustrating as can not use phone except on WiFi. Hello all, on 10th March I upgraded my plan from 6 gb (5 gb with 1 gb bonus) to the 12 gb plan as it cost the same. I did the same for my eldest child as they are on my plan. The change should have come into effect yesterday 7th April but according to the SMARTY app I am still on the 6 gb plan. Hi, I am moving home soon. It may take a couple of weeks to get Broadband installed, meanwhile I will have to use my Android phone as a Router. I currently have a 16GB plan and I realise I will use a lot more data when tethered, so I need to upgrade my Smarty plan for a month or so, trouble is I have absolutely no idea to what data level.
