How do you get a refund ?
Hello! I have paid two times for one months service for the value £24 instead of only £12. I really would like to have my money back please

Hello smarty guru! No my account does not show my payment of £12. Can you please add this onto my account for next months payment? I would be so gracious

I try to help out on this forum a lot and smarty give people 'ranks' - I am a customer like you.
Your Account Dashboard should show your payment history. If it is not correct, follow the advice from GordonK_4213188
Hayley3482 Does your Account Dashboard show the £12 as an add-on? If it does, then it can be used for next month's payment.
The alternative is as GordonK_4213188 suggests.
No use asking us for the money I'm afraid, on this forum we are customers like you. You need to ask Smarty support staff. Go to The Contact US Page and scroll down. Under 'How To Get More Help' is a button labelled 'Start A Webchat' If you click on that between 8 AM and 8 PM it initiates a webchat session with a Smarty Support staff member
