Internet access

Since the 1st of September I have not been able to access the internet! Hence, cant access any apps - whatsapp, youtube etc. Has something changed ? Im still getting notifications from Telegram and Youtube: However, I cannot connect to them or any app over the internet

@GregParr_460637  That's a bit too vague for an accurate reply.

Have you checked Network Status? Presumably, if data isn't working, the notifications are not arriving via email, but use sms.

Have you checked that mobile data on your device was not accidentally turned off?
