Old number

Hi I moved to smarty last night and didn’t request to keep my old number. I have tried the old number and BAC code but not working. Can anyone help ? Sorry I want to bring my old number with me.

    thomasmc_843897​ You can switch numbers anytime, more details in this help article: Keeping your number | SMARTY Help Centre. Look for the dropdown with the title 'I am already a customer and I'd like to transfer my number to SMARTY'.

    Do note it is Friday right now, and they take a business day to transfer (which does not include Saturday & Sunday), so your transfer will complete by the end of Monday as long as you submit the request by 5 PM.
