Bristol and surrounds: Fixing an issue - still. No service.

How long will Bristol and surrounding area have no service? It's been out since 4th June 2024 and its now the 10th June."We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-ans-running as soon as possible."

APN

 On Smarty's help page for connecting to the internet on iPhone it says for Mobile Data change APN  to mob.asm.net and the same for MMS. When you do this it changes to three.co.uk. Is that correct? I know Samrty uses tyhe Three network.

No Internet

Every weekend and school holidays we lose our Internet.Called smarty they say mast in our area overcrowded. So suck it up or go to different supplier.Great customer service.Why not please some of your customers and upgrade the mast !!.

Refer a Friend

I would like to use the Refer a Friend to my friends and family, but some had already been a Smarty customer, but their account is closed due to lack of use. Would they be able to use the link and rejoin so they get the incentive? Thanks for any help...

Bought sim to active

I received a free sim with my router but to create an account I had to arrang delivery of another to get a number allocated, but j need the sim activate today that I already have

Phone transfer

Any new customers struggling with number transfers, I gave them all my information for a transfer a week ago and it’s still not done and nobody can call me on my new sim and old sim because of “signal problems with transferring”. Everytime I’ve spoke...
